This year’s event will be held July 10. It had originally been scheduled to take place in Long Beach, California. Continuing concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic caused the organization to forego an in-person event.
Details and registration information for the July 10 event will be announced later, the organization said.
Members of The Ninety-Nines who have already paid for registration to the Long Beach conference can request a refund, or they can apply that payment to registration for the 2022 conference, to be held July 6 through 11 in Charleston, South Carolina.
“It was our fervent hope that by this spring, the pandemic would have eased, conference planning could resume, and we could plan on being able to safely travel to California this summer. That hope is not realistic at this time, and with the health and safety of our members always the top priority, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person Conference,” the Ninety-Nines International Board said in a news release.
